Focus on managing large, complex accounts, building C-level relationships, and implementing best practices for customer success.
Location: Onsite in Costa Rica

What you will do
- Build value-based customer relationships.
- Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations.
- Develop customer-focused processes for ensuring success.
- Apply domain expertise to strategic engagements.
- Ensure high user adoption of the customer success management application.
- Implement best practices to improve customer success and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers.
- Ability to understand, articulate, and manage customer expectations.
- Experience dealing with large, complex accounts and building C-level relationships.
- Must be open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required.
- 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Knowledge of enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes.
