Location: Onsite in Costa Rica

What you will do

  • Build value-based customer relationships.
  • Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations.
  • Develop customer-focused processes for ensuring success.
  • Apply domain expertise to strategic engagements.
  • Ensure high user adoption of the customer success management application.
  • Implement best practices to improve customer success and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and manage customer expectations.
  • Experience dealing with large, complex accounts and building C-level relationships.
  • Must be open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required.
  • 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes.
