Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Provide resources and guidance for development teams to deliver best-in-class Kids game content.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and brand stakeholders to ensure creative support and timely brand approval.
• Review milestones and play builds, providing qualitative feedback to ensure development success.
• Oversee the production lifecycle for multiple projects, from concept through launch and beyond.
• Keep internal stakeholders and external developers aligned on goals, schedule, and budget.
• Partner with Creative Leads to uphold franchise standards and ensure authentic IP representation.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in game production with a proven track record of shipping high-quality titles.
• Experience managing externally developed, licensed game projects based on global entertainment franchises.
• Passion and general knowledge of beloved Kids franchises (e.g., Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, and the full Nicktoons catalogue).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
