Salary: $198,600–$297,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Shape project-wide strategy alongside the Directors group.
• Oversee and mentor Lead Producers and the full production team.
• Manage project backlog, Jira methodologies, tools, and production practices.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues.
• Oversee co-development partnerships, budgets, and cross-team dependencies.
• Contribute to production and broader leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Producer or Production Director in game development.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, successful AAA projects and managing producers.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and proven track record of instilling processes and workflows.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience producing games in UE4/UE5.
• Familiarity with CDPR products.
