TL;DR

Account Manager: Strategically developing client relationships and driving revenue retention and growth for a portfolio of 150+ customers with an accent on up- and cross-sell opportunities, effective collaboration with internal partners, and connecting client use cases to solution offerings. Focus on building and retaining customer relationships, improving service, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting.

Location: Onsite in Cairo, Egypt (EGY- Cairo-Oilibya Building, Plot 187- 90th North St). This role requires working from the office for onboarding and on a regular basis as part of a hybrid model.

What you will do

  • Strategically develop and retain client relationships for a portfolio of 150+ customers in EMEA.
  • Drive revenue growth through identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers, Proposition Sales Specialists, and other internal partners.
  • Connect client use cases to hirify.global's solution offerings and act as the client's go-to person.
  • Drive product migrations and projects focused on service improvement.
  • Log efforts and results to ensure accurate sales and cancel forecasting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Arabic to support clients from different regions.
  • Relevant work experience or a strong sense for account management, sales, marketing, or similar relationship-based roles.
  • Good understanding of or strong curiosity about the financial services industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to spot customer trends and strategies.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to prioritize tasks.
