What you will do

• Be the product expert, combining industry analysis, end-user feedback, and evolving the product vision and strategy for your domain.
• Lead and communicate product roadmaps for your domain.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams including user experience, engineering, analytics, marketing, commercial, and operations.
• Translate customer needs into workable technology solutions and deliver world-class products.
• Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment, including prioritization of initiatives, anticipating delivery risks, and managing trade-offs.
• Define and drive business outcomes and metrics for your domain, incorporating AI to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software product management experience.
• Deep understanding of product management industry standards and innovations.
• Experience with current Agile, UX practices, frameworks for product discovery, and launch strategies.
• Experience with incorporating generative AI into digital solutions.
• Able to communicate in a concise and clear way to senior leaders, technical, and non-technical partners from around the world.

Nice to have

• Travel industry experience (airline, hotel, online travel agencies or other travel-tech companies).
