💰 Salary: $1 - $10000 / month
🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
2️⃣ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
3️⃣ Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
4️⃣ Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
5️⃣ Collaborate with product managers, UI engineers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver new features.
6️⃣ Assist in developing APIs, backend services, and DLT applications.
7️⃣ Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
8️⃣ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
9️⃣ Learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve technical skills.
🔟 Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
1️⃣1️⃣ Collaborate with client teams on a regular basis.
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Knowledge of programming languages such as #Java and #Kotlin.
2️⃣ Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and common design patterns.
3️⃣ Knowledge of performance tuning and writing efficient source code.
4️⃣ Familiarity with databases and basic SQL.
5️⃣ Understanding of data structures and software engineering fundamentals.
6️⃣ Experience using Git or another version control system.
7️⃣ Basic understanding of REST APIs and web application development.
8️⃣ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9️⃣ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
🔟 Prior client-facing experience, e.g. direct interaction with clients.
💡 Preferred Skills/Experience
1️⃣ Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
2️⃣ Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
3️⃣ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
4️⃣ Understanding of Blockchain technologies such as Corda DLT.
5️⃣ Domain experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, or fintech.
