- Design, build, and scale back-end services and their tooling.
- Participate in architectural definitions with innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software development, engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a software engineer in Java and/or Go with a CS background.
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software systems with modern languages and frameworks.
- Mentor a team of engineers, delivering high-quality code.
- Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes; ability to learn new technologies.
