TL;DR

Technical Implementation Engineer (AI): Leading the implementation, optimization, and execution of customer integrations onto the hirify.global platform, translating business goals into technical success. Focus on developing solutions for complex telecom and connectivity challenges using APIs, cloud platforms, and coding for real-time communications and AI infrastructure.

Location: Onsite in Austin, Dallas, or San Antonio, TX, USA

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementation for customer onboarding, configuring the hirify.global platform.
  • Develop technical solutions for customer challenges using code (Python, JavaScript), configuration, and creativity.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful customer deployments.
  • Support cutting-edge AI innovation in real-time communications.
  • Continuously improve the implementation process and scale onboarding playbooks based on feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., implementation engineering, solutions architecture).
  • Proficiency with APIs, telecom systems (SIP, WebRTC, call routing), and cloud platforms.
  • Comfortable writing and debugging code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Ability to architect hirify.global integrations within a customer’s tech stack.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical puzzles.
  • Comfortable leading technical onboarding calls with customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in telecom, VoIP, or programmable communications.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, token-based auth).
  • Experience with tools like Postman, Wireshark, or SIP debuggers.
