What you will do

• Identify and classify content containing core risks, such as hateful and abusive chatter, bad actor profiles, and sector-specific risk.
• Review imagery, video, and audio to assess content type and narrative.
• Process large data volumes while maintaining high quality outputs.
• Ensure 24/7/365 safety by fighting the weaponization of communications.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Keen interest in Trust & Safety and risk-based content moderation.
• Excellent understanding of harmful content across social media platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
