What you will do

• Lead with a "franchise first" mentality, serving the franchise and players above the studio, while maintaining a strong culture.
• Oversee all aspects of Battlefield North American studios’ operations: people systems, planning, culture, and infrastructure.
• Support game development processes, including overall Battlefield title planning and Game Development (GDF) processes.
• Build and maintain long-range studio plans that anticipate team growth, hiring, and facility needs across multiple locations.
• Manage studios budget, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the VP/GM and Finance.
• Lead workforce planning and talent growth initiatives in partnership with People Experience, TA, and Facilities.

Requirements

• Proven understanding of the creative process from ideation to prototype to production.
• Experience owning studio operations, people systems, planning, facilities, and shared services.
• Ability to partner with production, craft, and support leaders to make day-to-day operations simple, transparent, and scalable.
• Skills to continuously assess and improve how the studios plan, communicate, and deliver.
• Experience building and maintaining long-range studio plans and providing visibility into team capacity and priorities.
• Capability to manage studio budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
