hirify.global is seeking a business unit leader to drive scaled revenue growth and profitability for its Creators & Gaming division, working with iconic youth brands.

What you will do

  • Own the P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability for the business unit.
  • Lead revenue pipeline management and forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the development and performance of the business unit team.
  • Support Product teams in deploying tools and data-forward solutions to drive revenues.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the creators and gaming youth ecosystem to inform business models, product positioning, and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Passion and expertise in youth (kids and teens), creators, gaming, and community.
  • Proven track record as a commercially oriented leader, driving scaled revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships necessary for commercial success.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team, including pre-sales strategists, delivery managers, and partnerships lead.
  • Deep understanding of the creators and gaming youth ecosystem.
  • Ability to provide regular updates to the Exec Team on performance and strategic initiatives.
