TL;DR

Product Owner (eCommerce): Overseeing the functionality and performance of web properties and managing eCommerce operations with an accent on sprint planning, web content optimization, and user experience. Focus on driving informed decision-making using analytics tools and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.

Location: Primarily onsite in Vilnius (4 days a week) or available in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga with onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on the role.

Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross/month

What you will do

• Oversee the functionality and performance of Colonbroom’s web properties, including landing pages, sales funnels, and web applications.
• Manage eCommerce operations, including SKU setup, coupon code management, and currency settings.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring development and UX teams align with product strategy.
• Regularly review and optimize web content, conducting QA checks to maintain a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of strong experience in managing web products, with a focus on technical and eCommerce oversight.
• Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Jira.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in web performance and content accuracy.
