What you will do

• Own the roadmap and the outcomes of the product(s) that you and your team are working on.
• Lead discovery by spending time with users, digging into their pain points, testing new ideas and combing through data.
• Translate insights into initiatives by turning user and data findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.
• Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and Account Managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Measure impact by defining and tracking KPIs like product adoption, system performance for existing features, and new metrics for new features.
• Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Sales, Account Management, Data and the Design).

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, Marketplace or workflow management software products.
• Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to work with real users to understand their challenges.
• Structured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.
• Strong technical insight to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
