What you will do

• Build integrations and facilitate developer partners to create their own solutions for the platform.
• Take full ownership of large initiatives, focusing on desired outcomes and collaborating on quarterly roadmap planning.
• Influence requirements definition and autonomously deliver polished, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in team decisions by writing and reviewing Requests For Comments (RFCs).
• Review code daily and provide/receive constructive feedback from all team members.
• Mentor junior team members and share your experience to foster their growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on the backend side and experience with full-stack development.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails and React, with an adaptable approach to new languages and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of an area, act as a self-starter, and navigate uncertainty.
• Possess a strategic product mindset combined with a strong focus on execution.
• Comfortable communicating effectively in English within a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work on-site several days a week in Barcelona or Madrid.
