What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to build world-class data and dashboarding infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data instrumentation, own validation, and maintain high data quality.
• Keep data pipelines and aggregations efficient, accurate, consistent, and scalable while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Own the foundation for experimentation, A/B testing, and segmentation.
• Build and maintain tooling for deploying and monitoring machine learning models for decision support and automated intervention.
• Identify and execute opportunities for using generative AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics engineering with business stakeholder interaction, and 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with big data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience productizing and maintaining data science in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and C++, with familiarity in software development best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills to understand business requirements and align analytics engineering.
