What you will do

• Maintain and follow strict confidentiality regarding customer privacy.
• Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data across multiple modalities.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance quality.
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and suggest changes.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.
• German language: CEFR C1+ fluency required.
• English language: CEFR B2+ written and spoken knowledge required.
• Strong business writing skills with the ability to create reports and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension to analyze complex business documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with task execution ability.
• 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
