What you will do
- Execute and manage day-to-day publishing across hirify.global’s owned social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Maintain publishing calendars tied to key brand moments and adapt content for each platform to maximize reach.
- Monitor and report performance for all social content, including maintaining KPIs and providing actionable insights on conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing managers and regional teams to align social distribution with campaign goals and localize content.
- Support community management efforts (commenting, Direct Messages, routing customer issues) to keep channels active.
- Stay on top of emerging social trends and recommend opportunities to scale reach and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record running B2C, B2B, and/or SaaS brand social accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of popular platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) and emerging platforms.
- Ability to connect social engagement metrics to demand generation outcomes and adept at using performance data to refine publishing tactics.
- Collaborative mindset to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work with creators, designers, and global/regional teams.
- Must live within a commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska, as the role requires 3 days in the office per week.
Nice to have

- HubSpot certification or other social media, community management, PR, or owned content certifications.
