Solutions Consultant (Sports Science)

Location: This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so you must live within a commuting distance of hirify.global's Barcelona office, hybrid (Barcelona, Spain).

Salary: Base £42,000–£70,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings: £52,500–£87,500 GBP)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities and build technical relationships with key accounts.
• Design and deliver custom solutions to improve customer performance workflows, focusing on strategic alignment.
• Innovate and build rapid prototypes based on customer feedback to influence the Elite product roadmap.
• Create customer-facing content (e.g., webinars, eBooks) and train internal sales teams on sports science and human performance.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with high-performance workflows in professional sports, particularly in sports science and human performance.
• Experience in pre-sales consulting and professional services within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate complex client needs into technical solutions.
• Comfortable managing data to find insights and understand foundational sales metrics.
• Strong working knowledge of hirify.global products, specifically WIMU, Sportscode, and Wyscout.
• Fluent in English, German, and French.
• Must live within a commuting distance of hirify.global's Barcelona office, requiring 3 days in-office per week.
