What you will do

• Lead deep-dive sessions to translate unique departmental needs (Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Technical) into technical features for CRM functionalities, contract management, invoicing, lead data flow, and security protocols.
• Act as the central point of contact to ensure seamless data flow across Clinical, Commercial, Legal, and Finance departments, eliminating operational silos.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including documentation, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates, to meet v1, v2, and v3 milestones.
• Monitor internal adoption and gather feedback for iterative improvement of the UX and features of the internal system.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a strategic function.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of using data to drive decision-making.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for translating commercial-speak into tech-speak and vice versa.
• Curious, adaptable, and highly motivated mindset with an understanding of building great internal tools for scaling.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM architecture, ActiveCampaign, or ERP tools.
