Focus on improving quality, coaching team members, and implementing effective automation strategies to align with the pace of development.

Location: Remote in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin, or Dallas. Preference for candidates located near offices in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 USD

• Improve software quality, speed up delivery, and track results by guiding teams in making smart decisions and staying current with best practices.
• Coach team members by using technical and quality understanding to level up their skills.
• Own and evolve the test automation strategy to align with the pace of development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan and deliver product enhancements.
• Drive technical excellence by guiding the team in developing robust, scalable automation frameworks and quality solutions across the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• A focus on quality and the ability to utilize data, metrics, and user insights to drive changes that enhance the overall product experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan and deliver product enhancements.
• Drive technical excellence by guiding the team in developing robust, scalable automation frameworks and quality solutions across the product ecosystem.
• A customer focus with critical thinking about user experience.
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing direct reports through hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
