Salary: $105,700.00 - $149,275.00

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies and automation frameworks.
• Provide direction to test and quality automation engineers, including building automation strategies and guiding team priorities.
• Define and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance, driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and standards.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Monitor and report on test automation metrics and KPIs.
• Drive innovation efforts, including AI-related initiatives.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of testing experience, including 4 to 5 years of automation testing experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring test automation teams.
• Strong Java expertise and expert-level proficiency in Java programming.
• Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and experience with related processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Work authorization for any employer in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience in an AWS cloud environment.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
