What you will do

• Build and lead a new QA team for Project Cyberpunk 2, defining roles and development plans.
• Execute and adapt the QA strategy to meet project-specific needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced workflows and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with external QA vendors for alignment on quality expectations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and drive change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of game industry experience in a similar role with AAA game delivery.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard game development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience, managing senior staff across disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with risk management, quality control, and change management in large-scale projects.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Candidates must have a US work permit or citizenship.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Unreal Engine.
• Experience writing scripts for automation or process improvement.
