What you will do
- Design and execute technical enablement plans for partners (PAM adoption, problem-solving, new features).
- Develop high-quality enablement materials including presentations, guides, and training content.
- Collaborate with Channel Account Managers, Product, and Support teams to align initiatives.
- Manage operational aspects to ensure consistency and quality across partner programs.
- Gather field insights to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with hirify.global technology or in cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Understanding and experience of large enterprise IT environments and ITSM processes.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Business acumen and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Technical background with creative problem-solving skills.
