Salary: $155,000–$171,620 USD

What you will do

• Apply design thinking to Exo Sphere-specific content challenges.
• Lead and guide artists in producing high-level content using Unreal Engine.
• Advise on workflow efficiencies within the Unreal pipeline.
• Stay updated with trends in art, design, and AI technology.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address client and creative team notes.
• Mentor junior artists in Unreal toolsets and create Unreal templates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in VFX, gaming, animation, or related industry.
• Expert level experience in all aspects of Unreal Engine.
• Experienced in Realtime Innovation and production delivery using Unreal.
• Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and software (C4D, Nuke, Premier).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Unreal content for various projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking skills under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
