What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives focused on digital health adoption, workflow optimization, and healthcare technology implementation.
• Conduct mixed-methods research and user experience evaluations for health IT systems, EHRs, and AI-driven tools.
• Translate complex datasets into evidence-based insights to inform product design and operational efficiency.
• Apply implementation science, change management, and Agile/Lean methodologies to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and technology partners.
• Develop and present high-quality reports, models, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Health Informatics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare informatics, life sciences consulting, or related domains.
• Proven expertise in digital health tools, clinical workflows, and health IT systems.
• Strong skills in data analytics, mixed-methods research, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, process optimization, and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Background in pharmaceuticals, life sciences consulting, or academic research.
• Familiarity with COAs/ePROs, EHR systems, and AI-driven healthcare tools.
• Publication record and experience presenting at conferences.
