What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain MLOps platforms and pipelines for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models at scale.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Product, and Platform teams to deliver robust ML systems.
• Implement CI/CD for ML models, automate retraining, and build monitoring systems for reliability.
• Solve complex infrastructure problems, evaluate MLOps tools, and architect solutions.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on MLOps best practices like model versioning and experiment tracking.

Requirements

• Experience in building and operating large-scale production ML systems.
• Strong technical expertise in clean, maintainable code, software engineering best practices, containerisation, orchestration, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• User-focused approach to building systems that help real people solve real problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tooling like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Feast, DVC, Weights & Biases.
• Knowledge of Python, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redshift, S3, SageMaker, or AWS infrastructure.
• Interest in sports data, video analytics, or performance metrics.
