TL;DR

Java Tech Leader (Java): Taking technical ownership and designing end-to-end backend systems for multiple external client projects with an accent on system architecture, quality delivery, and technical leadership. Location: Hybrid work model in Gdynia, requiring office presence 2 days per week.

Salary: 1400–1600 PLN net / MD

What you will do

• Take technical ownership of multiple fixed-price projects.
• Design and architect end-to-end backend systems and solutions.
• Supervise and ensure technical quality across projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day team delivery.
• Support project estimations and create technical designs and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and business stakeholders, adapting to different client environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• Strong technical and soft skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems.
• Experience working in a software house / consultancy environment.
• Very good understanding of backend architectures and development best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (from a developer perspective).
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure and deployment approaches.
