Focus on representing the Product Management organization to clients and prospects and contributing to strategic product direction.

Salary: $80,000—$110,000 CAD

What you will do

• Assist in developing the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
• Gain experience, knowledge, and ownership in areas of hirify.global’s products.
• Analyze data and feedback for decision-making on the roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with Development and Design colleagues on features, prioritization, and execution.
• Participate in user empathy and discovery sessions.
• Own and become a subject matter expert in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Understanding of Brightspace core features and workflows, including administrative features.
• Self-starter with proven success in working with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker, confident, and able to communicate in a friendly and clear manner, especially to clients.
• Ability to actively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to create a backlog plan from a roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with communicating strategic priorities and decisions to external and internal audiences.
• A sharp wit and finely tuned sense of humor.
