What you will do

• Act as the primary project liaison for a key client, translating needs into technical requirements.
• Provide the CEO with frequent, concise updates on project status, identifying bottlenecks and risks.
• Proactively gather information and fill in documentation gaps for projects.
• Manage the backlog of requests to ensure top priorities are addressed.
• Implement lightweight project management processes (e.g., in Jira or Notion) to track progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management, ideally in a client-facing or agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with limited information and changing requirements.
• Technical literacy with web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.
• Exceptional English communication skills (C1+).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• "Get-it-done" attitude and self-starter mentality.
