Product Owner (Revenue Technology): Managing tools and technology for Go-To-Market teams, ensuring effective functioning and facilitating enhancements across various Salesforce products and other sales/customer success tools. Location: This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Salary: $128,000–$145,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own systems and tooling needs for Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Partnerships, Renewals, Customer Success, Support).
- Triage and prioritize business requests, troubleshoot, debug, and implement configuration changes.
- Run grooming sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensure communication, and drive alignment on priorities.
- Collaborate with business partners to address system issues and change requests, ensuring scalable solutions.
- Identify and set up monitoring capabilities for tools to proactively identify data errors and recommend automation.
- Build strong partnerships and ensure documentation is updated for system redesigns or significant changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems.
- Ability to understand/read complex Salesforce logic Flows/Apex code; Salesforce Administrator experience/Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Force.com platform, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, or similar tools.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements, with empathy for customers.
- Strategic thinking about product fit within company goals, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Deep understanding of Agile Methodology practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews).
- Strong communication skills to convey vision, goals, and requirements effectively.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
