Salary: CAD $144,700–$195,900.

What you will do

• Build and extend tailored solutions on the ShareDo platform for law firms.
• Design and implement custom integrations, workflow components, and UI elements.
• Work across the fullstack: C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Collaborate with analysts, configurators, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and best practices for efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record in hands-on software development, ideally on SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience with Frontend: JavaScript (vanilla + frameworks), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience with Backend: C# (.NET), SQL Server (including query optimization).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with complex domains, integrations, and performance-critical systems.
• Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice to have

• Deep technical knowledge (e.g. .NET CLR internals, advanced SQL tuning).
• Experience with event-driven architectures, event sourcing, or data streaming.
• Familiarity with tools in our ecosystem: Elastic, Kurrent, Azure, Pulumi.
• Broad exposure to multiple programming frameworks or languages.
