What you will do

• Analyze metering and install performance to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes.
• Build dashboards, models, and reporting for engineers and operations teams to track and manage performance.
• Optimize core supply processes, including billing, switching, trading, and finance.
• Improve how supply, installs, and customer operations interact by designing better data flows and operational processes.
• Develop a strong understanding of the energy market and regulatory environment as the business scales.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience.
• Track record of exceptional achievement.
• Relentless approach to solving problems.
• Very clear communicator.
• Comfortable learning quickly and iterating.
