What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality expectations and project requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and mitigation planning to address potential quality issues.
• Perform hands-on technical QA across various platforms (PC, consoles, mobile).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical QA Analyst or similar, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
• Ability to develop complex test strategies, including integration, stress, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in defining debug needs and capturing relevant information for developers (e.g., PIX captures, debug network messages).
• Excellent analytical and systematic thinking skills, coupled with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in programming or scripting, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
• Using Postman or similar tools for API testing.
