What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, ensuring high-quality product delivery.

- Perform hands-on technical QA across various platforms (PC, consoles, mobile).

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical QA Analyst or similar, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
- Ability to develop complex test strategies, including integration, stress, and performance testing.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in defining debug needs and capturing relevant information for developers (e.g., PIX captures, debug network messages).
- Excellent analytical and systematic thinking skills, coupled with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in programming or scripting, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
- Using Postman or similar tools for API testing.
