What you will do

• Develop and implement robust testing frameworks and omnichannel measurement strategies.
• Design and implement incrementality testing to measure marketing program impact on business outcomes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and insights about customer performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, analytics, and technical teams.
• Utilize CRM platforms and clean room environments (Meta, Google Ads Data Hub) to optimize paid media campaigns.
• Leverage generative AI and prompt engineering to improve data engineering, reporting, and planning capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with expertise in paid media and CRM analytics.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL required.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse partners across different regions and cultures.
• Experience working with first-party customer data within Snowflake for marketing activation.
• Extensive knowledge of media metrics and calculations, including experience running Conversion and Brand lift studies.
• Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering.
