What you will do

• Provide insights through dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with non-technical teams to solve data-related bugs.
• Support stakeholders and team members with daily data questions.
• Conduct root cause analysis when metrics deviate from expected patterns.
• Challenge metrics and stakeholder assumptions to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• SQL expertise (2+ years) with proven ability to write complex queries.
• Be proactive and detail-oriented.
• Have ability to explain complex data processes to less tech-savvy team members.
• Have understanding of digital data collection: event tracking, API integrations, and how user interactions become measurable metrics.
• Have experience building and maintaining Looker dashboards or a similar tool (Power BI, Tableau).
• Be familiar with code versioning control.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing and analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo).
• E-commerce domain knowledge and understanding of core business metrics.
• Experience with conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
