Location: Remote - United States. Due to working across many time-zones, you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

Salary: $134,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Serve as a core contributor on the GTM Analytics team, providing data-driven insights for various initiatives.
• Lead analyses to empower GTM performance and effectiveness, including rep productivity, opportunity funnel, and sales motion optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to support planned and ad hoc analyses, translating business questions into actionable analytical outputs.
• Build and update advanced analytical models such as propensity to buy, upsell, expansion, and churn.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions.
• Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset by identifying improvement opportunities and continuously developing expertise.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data, or a related role, supporting go-to-market, sales, revenue, or customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with the modern data tech stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau).
• Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design end-to-end analyses and ensure data accuracy.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined metrics and communicate insights clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, context switch, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
