What you will do

• Own the frontend experience of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
• Build and maintain React components and pages integrated with infrastructure products like release pipelines and configuration management.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and API publishers to craft API workflows.
• Elevate the quality and design of internal tools used daily by hundreds of engineers.
• Improve accessibility, performance, and reliability of the IDP UI.
• Influence product roadmap and UX priorities in partnership with Staff Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building modern, data-rich web applications in React or similar frameworks.
• Experience developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles, and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
• Experience with rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size).
• Worked on front-end teams in the finance or platform services space.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing React apps.
• Experience with Golang, GraphQL, Docker, NoSQL Databases.
