What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated web and SEO strategies for hirify.global's core brand properties.
- Drive organic search and content strategy, including keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Lead major web development projects and manage website content and optimization.
- Lead technical SEO and GEO audits, partnering with engineering for enhancements.
- Develop A/B testing and personalization roadmaps for conversion rate optimization.
- Define and manage KPIs for web and SEO initiatives, delivering data-driven recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and build partnerships across marketing, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 7 years in SEO and website management for large-scale websites.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
- Experience managing website content and projects through a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in core SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRO principles.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-powered tools.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
