What you will do

• Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for assigned product lines or vertical markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (writers, designers, product stakeholders) to execute marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral (emails, brochures, videos, social media, press releases).
• Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional materials, displays, swag, and presentation content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience.
• Prior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the specified product/market/industry (real estate).
• Familiarity with marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS).
