Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid, 4 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Uncover deep consumer insights through data analysis and cultural trend research.
- Collaborate across planning, buying, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Evaluate and integrate new media channels and technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Must be able to work from the London office approximately four days per week.
- Proven experience in strategic media planning or marketing strategy within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer data and market research.
- Exceptional communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and support team growth.
