What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend features for the content creation and management platform.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and architecture to implementation, review, testing, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive technical excellence by establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.
• Monitor production systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and user experience.
• Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and modernize the codebase while maintaining backward compatibility.
• Champion quality through comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and e2e tests.

Requirements

• 4 years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 4 years specializing in Angular (Angular 10+).
• Expert-level TypeScript and JavaScript knowledge, including advanced types, generics, async patterns, and ES6+ features.
• Deep understanding of web fundamentals: semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, custom properties), CSS architecture patterns, and responsive/adaptive design.
• Experience with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack/Vite, TypeScript compiler, linting/formatting tools, and CI/CD pipelines).
• Ability to design scalable frontend systems, understanding performance optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, and bundle size management.
• Strong ownership mentality, taking initiative, driving projects to completion, and being accountable for outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular Material, PrimeNG, or other enterprise UI component libraries.
• React experience or ability to work in polyglot frontend environments.
• Node.js/backend development experience.
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, LogRocket, or similar platforms).
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives.
