What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on quality and rapid delivery.
• Define and evolve the technical vision and roadmap for the team.
• Own end-to-end delivery of business features from concept through production.
• Partner with Product teams to ensure successful outcomes and drive business impact.
• Shape technical direction, tooling, and workflows to support high-scale product growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel.
• 4+ years of fullstack software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong frontend development experience with TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
• Hands-on backend development experience in Go, Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Proven track record of building secure, reliable, and scalable SAAS systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular.
