What you will do

• Own ERP integration products from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration.
• Define product requirements and manage the backlog for integrations-related initiatives.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable integration architectures across multiple ERP systems.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate ERP workflows into robust, user-focused product features.
• Work closely with business and solution consultants to evaluate edge cases, integration complexities, and data model alignment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and prioritize initiatives to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, SAP B1, or Xero).
• Proven ability to own the product end-to-end without close supervision.
• Skilled in prioritization, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with global teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Relevant academic degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Background in solution consulting, ERP implementation, or accounting system integration.
