What you will do

• Assess and document the current application stack, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and enhancement across applications including MS Dynamics 365.
• Partner with business teams to configure applications for maximum value and ensure data interoperability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Support the senior IT team in establishing regression testing and release cycles for applications and infrastructure.
• Work with the IT Governance team to develop data and system design principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an outward-facing application support role.
• Strong proficiency in automating business processes across multiple platforms.
• Experience supporting and embedding ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with test frameworks and creating consistent, well-documented testing environments.
