What you will do
- Drive engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, and launch the company's TikTok presence.
- Manage paid ad campaigns for vacancy promotion, including targeting, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Create visual content using tools like Figma and CapCut without constant designer intervention.
- Write clear, witty, and zero-fluff content for various platforms including blog posts and landing pages.
- Shape the company's narrative by ghostwriting for experts and supporting product launches.
- Participate in offline industry events a couple of times a year, leveraging organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, or SMM.
- English: C1+ proficiency required for clear, sharp, and error-free writing at a native level.
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, including LinkedIn algorithms and Instagram/TikTok trends.
- Ability to transform complex technical updates or brain dumps into engaging stories.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) for cover images/banners and video editing (e.g., CapCut).
- Ability to context switch and juggle communication requests, paid ad campaigns, and creative sprints.
Nice to have
- Experience with strategy ownership beyond just content posting, understanding the "why" behind actions.
- Background in the tech industry or communicating with technical audiences (B2E or B2B).
- Track record of managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok Ads.
- Experience managing tech communities or organizing events.
