TL;DR

Head of Talent Operations (HRTech): Designing, building, and scaling the operational backbone for global hiring efforts, focusing on predictable, data-driven, and delightful hiring processes. Focus on optimizing ATS and integrated tools, building analytics dashboards, and driving continuous improvement and automation for world-class recruiting at scale.

Location: Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office in London, UK.

What you will do

  • Own and optimise ATS and integrated tools (HRIS, assessments, background checks, etc.).
  • Build and manage dashboards, reporting, and KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source ROI).
  • Create and maintain centralised templates, job description libraries, and interview guides.
  • Design scalable, compliant, and candidate-friendly hiring processes.
  • Lead vendor relationships and manage TA operations budgets.
  • Run training and knowledge-sharing for recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in recruiting or talent operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS).
  • Strong data and analytics skills (BI tools, SQL, or equivalent).
  • Track record of building scalable recruiting operations in high-growth environments.
