VentorTech is hiring an HR Manager
We’re looking for a structured, reliable HR Manager to take ownership of core processes: onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, engagement surveys and people analytics.
You'll be working closely with the Head of HR, covering ~60 employees and handling tasks independently, without micromanagement.
What we’re looking for:
— 2–4 years of experience (ideally in IT/consulting)
— Ownership mindset, process thinking, attention to detail
— English B1+
