What you will do

• Document and drive feature improvement requirements through the development process for MigrationWiz.
• Formulate business strategies and shape product direction by interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct feature and requirements definition, customer interviews, surveys, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Solve problems creatively and maintain a hands-on approach to products, understanding user perspectives.
• Evangelize products through various channels including blogs, technical tutorials, and webinars.
• Operate effectively in a highly visible position within a fast-growing software company.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management, Product Owner, or software industry experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Technical background with exposure to cloud environments, data migration, and enterprise IT workflow.
• Experience with SaaS feature improvements and release cadence.
• Familiarity with specific cloud environments like Microsoft365, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Exchange, and Cloud Drives.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, with the ability to coordinate remote teams.
