What you will do

• Define and maintain a shared vision and roadmap for hirify.global Cloud and orchestration product portfolio.
• Directly manage a team of highly skilled, technical product managers.
• Ensure awareness and alignment of critical features and changes across product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, and enablement.
• Gather market competitive and trend data, customer, and community feedback for product insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in Product Management, with at least 5 years leading product teams and managing technology-focused products.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure cloud technologies, containers, Kubernetes, distributed data stores, and developer-focused products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• Candidates located in or nationals of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic (“DNR”), and the Luhansk People’s Republic (“LNR”) may require an export license for employment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with the hirify.global Stack or common use-cases (e.g., application search, logging, metrics, APM, security analytics).
• Comfort working in a very cross-functional, highly distributed, global team.
• Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies.
• Experience with products offered via both SaaS and self-managed delivery models.
