Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in NLD - Alphen Aan Den Rijn. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven product features end-to-end using LLM APIs.
• Develop visible chat-based UX flows and non-visible AI integrations.
• Build and optimize RAG systems, including document parsing, semantic chunking, and retrieval pipelines.
• Build scalable, maintainable backend systems using FastAPI and modern Python tooling.
• Design and implement agent orchestration systems for complex, multi-step legal workflows.
• Build infrastructure for evaluations and benchmarking to ensure quality across all AI-powered features.

Requirements

• Deep experience building products that integrate large language models (LLMs) via APIs.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Python, and common data science packages.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and security best practices.
• Experience with modern AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who thrives in collaborative teams with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Must be able to work hybrid (8 days/month) from Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and front-end development.
• German fluency.
